Parent Engagement Policy and the School-Parent Compact

Below is our Parent and Family Engagement Policy and School-Parent Compact. As a parent, you have a say in its revision and adoption. Please see your email for a School Reach with a survey for these two documents. We will be reviewing feedback and voting on their adoption at our Title I meeting on Tuesday, September 18th at 5pm in Computer Lab 213.

You’re Invited to the Fort Bend Constable’s Office National Day Out

Mark your calendar for the Fort Bend Constable’s Office National Day out on Saturday, September 29th from 11 am – 1 pm. The event will take place at the Precinct 3 Annex located across the street from HSA Katy. There will be food, games, emergency vehicle tours, and much more! We hope to see you there!

Clubs Dismissal Time

If your child is in after school clubs, please make sure that you are not entering the car line until 3:45 or later. This will ensure that our students who are not in clubs will be picked up first and will help our car line run smoothly. You will use the same route as regular dismissal.

First Banking Day – Tuesday, September 11th

HSA Katy has partnered up with Advancial Credit Union to help students learn the importance of saving for the future. Students can create an account online with the help of an adult and then deposit money into it. Advancial representatives will be on campus once a month for deposit days. Students can bring their money to school and have their money deposited that day. Simple as that! If you’re interested in creating an account, click here. The first campus deposit day will be Tuesday, September 11th from 10:30-11:30.
